Latin American history focusing on 15th-19th centuries (Mexico and Peru), migration, belonging, ethnicity, intersectionality, colonialism.

Expertise relevant to the Forum:
Ethnicity in a longue durée perspective; ethnicity and colonialism, especially in Spanish America; pre-modern forms of belonging, especially in Inca, Mexica' and Tarascan State; Intersectionality; ethnicity and other forms of belonging in archaeological data; historicization of related historical concepts, such as 'Nación' and 'raza'.
